AXED Dancing On Ice star Frankie Seaman has branded the show “disgraceful” for not inviting the original professionals and crew members back to watch the new series.
The 44-year-old professional ice skater slammed bosses on Twitter for not offering them the chance to see the show live from the rink.
Not afraid to make her feelings known, Frankie blasted: “So disappointed that original cast and crew members havent even been offered tickets or invited to see the show #disgraceful #DancingOnIce#DOI #Pro #Skater (sic).”
Her rant comes just a month after the Dancing On Ice original told The Mirror that she and the other world-class pros were forced to send videos of themselves to prove they were good enough ahead of the reboot, only to be ditched over email.
She said: “I lived and breathed the show. It means so much to me. What’s happened is heartbreaking.
“The hiring process all the show’s former pros were put through for the new series was disrespectful and demoralising.
“At the end of long discussions, we all received the same email saying we would not be involved as the standard was ‘so very high’.
“I don’t think any of us were thanked even once for all the hard work we’d put into making Dancing On Ice such a success.”
Despite the show only returning to screens in January, Frankie, who has skated professionally for 30 years, said her audition process started eleven months ago.
She continued: “We were told we’d need to audition from scratch to make it fair.”

But Frankie has one good thing to thank the show for as it’s where she met her now-husband and retired England goalkeeper David Seaman.
The pair fell for each other when they were partnered up during the 2008 Dancing On Ice live tour, held two years after the sports star originally appeared on the show.
The couple tied the knot in a romantic Cotswolds ceremony in February 2015.
